 DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

 The Deputy CFO who will report to the Chief Financial Officer LESCO shall assist in providing strategic directions to the Management and will be responsible for managing the entire financial and accounting function of LESCO as second in charge.

 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES •

 Assisting CFO in managing key relationships with Government depts., NEPRA, banks etc.

 • Taking a financial lead in significant cross organizational business cases and long-term planning.

 • Assisting the CFO in providing financial leadership to the business in all significant transformational processes.

 • Ensuring all significant financial and business papers/reports coming out of the office of the CFO meet the highest quality standards

. • Ensuring appropriate Internal Controls are maintained within the organization and its support companies. Taking the lead on all internal and external audit recommendations and relationships. Taking the lead on the management of risk.

• Responsible for developing a vibrant team with high performance standards and abreast with regulatory framework and its compliance thereon

• Have in-depth knowledge of ERP work environment, effective and efficient inventory management system, procurement control functions & financial controls. Complete understanding of the Pakistan Electricity Market, Regulations and Regulatory Structure, Tariff Structures of the various segments of this sector and Distribution Companies in particular along with the evolving changes.

 QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Ideal candidate will be:

 • A Chartered Accountant having at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

• Individual having in-depth understanding of public sector companies having total assets of 05 billion rupees or more will be given preference.

REMUNERATION, AGE & CONTRACT TERMS

 Successful Candidate will be offered attractive career and competitive market-based compensation with company-maintained Car and Medical Coverage. Age limit will be up to 45 years as of April 30, 2022.

 • The employment will be on contract basis with a Probation Period of 06 Months. The Contract will be confirmed after successful completion of Probation Period.
